Common Questions
About The Process
Same-day booking or ahead of time?+
Same-day usually works for standard jobs. High-volume work — book a day ahead.
What if there’s damage or a shortage?+
We stop, photograph it, and call you before doing anything else.
Does my driver wait or drop the trailer?+
Either. Most wait for standard turns; drop-and-hook available for longer jobs.
How do I track my load?+
Text/email at check-in, rework, and dispatch — or call dispatch anytime.
What if my load is non-standard?+
Call dispatch first. Hazmat, oversized, multi-stop — usually still doable.
