Common Questions

Before You Call Dispatch

What’s the difference between crossdocking and restacking?+
Crossdocking moves freight from one trailer straight to another with minimal storage in between. Restacking is a repair job — rebuilding pallets that have shifted, leaned, or been damaged in transit so they’re safe to reload and ship.
How fast can you turn a trailer around?+
Most standard loads are checked in, sorted, and dispatched in under four hours. Rework or heavy restacking jobs can take longer depending on damage and case count — dispatch will give you a real-time estimate at check-in.
Do you work directly with owner-operators, or only fleets?+
Both. We handle single-trailer restacks for owner-operators as often as we run scheduled crossdock volume for fleets and 3PLs.
Is my freight insured while it’s on your dock?+
Yes. Every load is covered under our cargo policy from check-in to dispatch, and every handling step is photo-documented.
Do you serve areas outside your listed regions?+
Often, yes — through our partner yard network. Call dispatch with your lane and we’ll confirm coverage and rates on the spot.
